  • Improve our App, services, website, and how we operate our business.
  • Understand and enhance your experience using our App, website and services.
  • Respond to your comments or questions and for our support team to provide service.
  • Send you related information, including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages.
  • Communicate with you about upcoming events and news about products and services offered by Little Besides Me and our selected partners.
  • Marketing purposes of Little Besides Me (Google ads, Facebook ads, twitter ads, Pinterest ads, Instagram ads, etc.).

HOW DO YOU GET MY CONSENT?

SHOPIFY PROTECTED CUSTOMER DATA POLICY

  • Mighty Image Uploader processes only the minimum personal data required to provide app functionality to merchants and their customers.
  • On the merchant's request, the app requests customer data (name, address, email, and phone) via Shopify's API to generate downloadable order archives. The order archives are cached for maximum 24 hours and then are removed from the cloud.
  • Images uploaded by merchant's customers are kept for 6 months on a separate cloud storage facility.
  • The images are linked to specific orders by the order number only. No personal data is stored next to the images.
  • We encrypt all data at rest and in transit to prevent bad actors from gaining access. It also reduces the consequences of unintentionally disclosing the data set to the general public.
